Tender Description
NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore invites sealed bids from registered land owners or authorized persons for the procurement of open plots of land in multiple cities within the Lahore region for the establishment of NADRA offices. The procurement covers plots ranging from 1 to 4 Kanals in cities including Muridkey, Nankana Sahib, Wazirabad, Sialkot, Ghakhar, Kot Radha Kishan, Gujranwala, Kamonki, Sambrial, Depalpur, and Raiwind.
Bidding will be conducted through an e-procurement system under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using a single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must submit bids via EPADS by 02 January 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical proposals evaluated first and financial proposals opened only for technically qualified bids. The successful bidders will be required to transfer ownership within 8 weeks of purchase order issuance. The process includes strict eligibility criteria, bid security requirements, and evaluation based on technical and financial scoring.
