Procurement of Land for Establishment of NADRA Offices in Multiple Cities

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the procurement of land for the establishment of its offices in various cities across Punjab and Islamabad Capital Territory. The land must be free of encumbrances and ready for transfer to NADRA. Bidders must ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for land sale in the respective tehsils and districts. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 18th August 2026 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. The original bid security must also be submitted by the same deadline. Technical bids will be opened on 18th August 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders. If the opening date falls on a gazetted holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
