Procurement of Laptops for Computerization of All Police Stations in Punjab - Phase-II (ITOPS-11)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of laptops for the computerization of all police stations in Punjab under Phase-II (ITOPS-11). This procurement is aimed at enhancing the technological infrastructure across police stations to improve operational efficiency and data management. Items being procured: - Laptop - Ultra 7 (Quantity: 10) The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 02 October 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure timely uploading of bids on the eP portal and are responsible for the submission process. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids.
