Purchase of 10 Nos LED (85-inches) for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department invites sealed tenders on E-PADS from eligible bidders/firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 using a single stage two envelopes procedure for the purchase of 10 Nos LED (85-inches). Items being procured: - 10 Nos LED (85-inches) The tenders should be addressed to the Additional Inspector General of Police Headquarters, Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department, Peshawar. The last date for submission of proposals is 06.10.2026 up to 1030 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 1100 hrs in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives who choose to attend in the Conference Room CPO, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. The delivery period will be 45 days or as per contract agreement. Specifications and tender documents can be downloaded from the official website of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police, KP-PPRA website, and E-PADS at a cost of Rs. 500/- (Non-Refundable) or from the office of DIG Finance & Procurement CPO Peshawar up to 05.10.2026. Bidders shall submit their proposals through E-PADS. Eligibility requires firms to be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and registered with relevant tax authorities. Each firm must submit a sample on the date of opening of technical proposals. A 2% bid security from a scheduled bank must accompany financial proposals in favor of the Inspector General of Police, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department, Peshawar. Bid security will be returned after finalization of the tender if the bid is not accepted. Security @ 10% of the total value of stores must be deposited in the form of Call Deposit in the name of Inspector General of Police, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department, Peshawar, and sign the contract agreement with the Police Department upon acceptance of tenders. Items will be received at the Centralized Godown at Malik Muhammad Saad Shaheed Police Lines, Peshawar. Items shall be physically inspected by the Inspection Committee constituted by the competent authority and operationally tested at the cost of the contractor. Items not meeting standard specifications will be rejected and may result in forfeiture of security and blacklisting of the firm. Rates quoted must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing, and freight till delivery to the Centralized Godown Malik Muhammad Saad Shaheed Police Lines, Peshawar. Rates shall be valid up to 30.06.2026. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance and will communicate grounds for rejection upon request.
