Procurement of Laptops and Printers for Newly Inducted Contract Employees of JPCL Jamshoro

Jamshoro Power Company Limited (GENCO-I) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of laptops and printers intended for newly inducted contract employees at its Mohra Jabal facility, Dadu Road, Kotri, Jamshoro district, Sindh province. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and follows a National Competitive Bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - HP EliteBook 840 G11/Gli Executive Edition Laptop with Bag and 128 GB USB flash disk (Quantity: 2) - HP Laptop 15-FD2050WM with Bag and 128 GB USB flash disk (Quantity: 6) - HP LaserJet MFP 137FNW Wireless Printer (Print, Scan, Copy) (Quantity: 3) The laptops feature Intel Core Ultra processors, DDR5 RAM, SSD storage, fingerprint readers, backlit keyboards, and Windows 11 Pro operating system. The printers support USB and Wi-Fi connectivity with a recommended monthly volume of up to 2000 pages. All items must be brand new, conform to the specified technical standards, and come with official warranties. Bidders must be registered with FBR, hold valid NTN and GST registrations, be on the active tax payer list, and be authorized dealers of the offered laptop brands. Experience of supplying laptops worth Rs. 1 million or more in a single order is mandatory. Bid security of Rs. 100,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:30 AM on Monday, September 28, 2026. Hard copies of bid security must be delivered physically to the Additional Manager at Mohra Jabal, Dadu Road, Kotri, Jamshoro before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM via EPADS. Delivery is expected within 30 days of purchase order issuance to the specified location. Warranty and after-sales service for at least one year are required. Liquidated damages of 0.5% per day up to 10% of the order value will be imposed for delayed delivery.
