Tender Description
Comsats University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of high-quality IT equipment under the NRPU Project for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Sahiwal Campus located in Sahiwal, Punjab. The items being procured include:
- 2 Laptops (Acer/Asus/HP/Dell/Lenovo brand, 16-inch display, Intel Core Ultra 7 255H Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GDDR 7 8GB, 16GB DDR5 RAM, Windows 11, Laptop Bag, standard manufacturer warranty)
- 2 Mobile Phones 5G (PTA approved brands Xiaomi/VIVO/Samsung/Honor, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, 108 MP camera, 5520 mAh battery, 6.77 inch screen, fingerprint sensor, standard warranty)
- 1 PowerEdge Server (Enterprise-grade, minimum Intel XEON 40 physical CPU cores and 80 threads, 128 GB DDR4 RAM, 2 TB storage, preferred Dell PowerEdge R740 or equivalent, standard warranty)
The technical scope requires brand new equipment conforming to the specifications listed, with official manufacturer warranties. Delivery is expected within 30 days to Comsats University Islamabad, Comsats Road, off G.T Road, Sahiwal. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and active taxpayers. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft in the name of Comsats University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
