Tender Description
Sukkur IBA University is procuring Lenovo Tablet PCs for its Ghotki Campus located in Sukkur, Sindh. This procurement is specifically for the supply and installation of Lenovo Tab M11 (2024 Model) featuring an 11 inch display, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, Android 13 operating system, 13MP main and 8MP front cameras, and a 7040mAh battery. The department requires these tablets to be delivered and installed as per the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents.
The procurement process is governed by the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended to date) and follows a National Competitive Bidding Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized distributors, or authorized dealers of the quoted products. They should possess valid FBR/ATL registration, demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, and have an average annual turnover at least equal to or twice the estimated cost of the tender. Bidders must also provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity.
The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost, and bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by the specified deadline. The submission deadline is the last date notified in the tender notice, with bids opening thereafter. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security of 2% of the contract price and deliver the goods within three calendar days after signing the contract. Payment will be made 100% upon delivery and issuance of the inspection certificate from the indenting department.
