Procurement of Licensed Software MS Office 365 Business Standard

The Economic Transformation Initiative Gilgit Baltistan (ETI-GB) invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, dealers, and partners for the procurement of licensed software MS Office 365 Business Standard. This procurement is part of a project financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). Items being procured: - MS Office 365 Business Standard (detailed specifications and quantity are mentioned in the bidding documents) The procurement involves acquiring licensed software to support the digital transformation efforts under ETI-GB. Interested bidders are requested to obtain the bidding documents and RFQ free of cost from the Procurement Officer at PCU ETI-GB during office hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm). The bidding documents can also be requested via email at procurement@etigb.com.pk. Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents and delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 am on or before **October 07, 2026**. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:00 noon in the committee room of ETI-GB office Gilgit, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All bids must be accompanied by a refundable Bid Security of 3% of the bid price in the form of a Bank Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Programme Coordination Unit Gilgit. Incorrectly named pay orders will be summarily rejected. This procurement requires compliance with the RFQ set out in the GBPPRA/IFAD Project Procurement Handbook.
