Procurement of I.T. Equipment by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Technical and Commerce Education Peshawar

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Technical and Commerce Education Peshawar invites eligible firms and contractors to submit e-bids for the procurement of I.T. Equipment under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the EPAD system. This procurement is conducted in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 and EPAD regulations 2025. Equipment The procurement scope includes supply of quality I.T. equipment suitable for educational and administrative use at the Board's facilities in Peshawar. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR in the name of Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Technical and Commerce Education. The original CDR must be placed with the financial bid. An affidavit confirming the placement of the original bid security with the financial proposal is mandatory. Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) is also required. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official KP BT&CE website or the KPPRA e-procurement portal after payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000. The tender fee should be deposited in the specified bank account before the submission deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system; manual submissions will not be accepted. A scanned copy of the original bid must be uploaded before the deadline, and the original copy along with the CDR must be submitted to the office of the Secretary KP BT&CE. The bid submission deadline is 20-10-2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 10% performance guarantee from scheduled banks, refundable after successful delivery.
