Procurement of LPG Gas Filled in Cylinder (Each Cylinder = 11.8 Kg) by SNGPL at Lakki Marwat

The SNGPL (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of LPG Gas filled in cylinders, each cylinder weighing 11.8 Kg, to be delivered at SNGPL Camp, Main Indus Highway, Ghazni Khel, Lakki Marwat. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender number FCS/LKI/TE/025/26 with contract reference P108763.\n\nItems being procured:\n- LPG Gas Filled in Cylinder (Each Cylinder = 11.8 Kg), Quantity: 4800 Kg\n\nThe LPG gas is a mixture of Propane (40%) and Butane (60%) with specific chemical composition limits. Cylinders must comply with OGRA regulations including capacity, material grade, wall thickness, corrosion protection, pressure rating, hydrostatic test pressure, minimum burst pressure, valve standards, and safety relief valve integration. Each cylinder must have permanent stamping of tare weight, water capacity, test date & serial number, and owner's brand. Bidders must mention brand name and country of origin.\n\nThe supplier is responsible for delivery and collection of empty cylinders at the specified site. Delivery must be completed within 15 days after placement of purchase order. Bidders must be registered with FBR and provide bid security as per tender requirements. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.\n\nBids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by 23rd September 2026 at 03:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security must be submitted physically at SNGPL Camp, Lakki Marwat before the deadline.
