Procurement of LT C.Ts 200/5, 400/5

The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting bids for the procurement of LT C.Ts 200/5 and 400/5 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support the operational needs of HAZECO and is to be executed under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being procured: - L.T C.Ts 400/5 Current Transformer (Quantity: 1000) - L.T C.Ts 200/5 Current Transformer (Quantity: 1000) The technical specifications for these current transformers are as per NTDC Specification (DDS-80:2007) including all amendments to date. Delivery is expected within 60 days to the HAZECO Regional Store Abbottabad and HAZECO HQ, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad. The inspection of materials will be conducted at the supplier's premises jointly by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore and CEO HAZECO Abbottabad or their authorized representatives. A non-reimbursable inspection fee of 0.5% of the material cost is applicable. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN), have valid prototype reports as per NTDC/WAPDA/PPMC specifications, and must not be blacklisted by any government or WAPDA formation. Bidders should have at least one purchase order with DISCOs or other WAPDA formations along with a satisfactory performance certificate. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members. The bid submission deadline is Monday, August 3, 2026, at 01:30 PM via EPADS v2.0 only. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is required and must be submitted physically before the deadline to HAZECO HQ, Abbottabad. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM on EPADS v2.0.
