Procurement of Lubricant & Grease for Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (FY 2026-27)

The Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of lubricant and grease under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the supply of lubricant and grease required by BWMC in Bahawalpur. The estimated price for the procurement is Rs. 12,954,938 with a bid security amount of Rs. 388,648 (3% of the estimated price). A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026, at 1100 hours at the BWMC office located at 1-2-D, Al-Aqsa Mall, Opposite SNGPL Office, Model Town 'A', Bahawalpur. Completed bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 1100 hours on or before September 17, 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility criteria include compliance with the bidding document, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of earnest money as bid security. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed to participate.
