Supply of Fuel (Petrol, Oil, and Lubricants) for Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology Dera Ghazi Khan

Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology (MCUT), Dera Ghazi Khan, invites sealed bids from well-reputed, professional, and financially sound Fuel Pump Stations, Authorized Fuel Dealers, and Fuel Companies having valid OGRA licenses and registration with FBR for the annual framework contract for provision of POL (Petrol, Oil, and Lubricants). Items being procured: - Petrol Pump Enrollment for provision of POL on Annual Framework Contract basis for one year, extendable on mutual consent. The contract involves supply of fuel products including petrol, oil, and lubricants to the university. The process will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended up to 2023) and in compliance with transparency measures through the Punjab E-PAD system. Eligibility criteria include valid OGRA licenses, FBR registration, and financial soundness. Technical proposals must be supported with bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of CDR, D.D, P.O, or Banker's Cheque in favor of Treasurer MCUT DG Khan. Firms submitting incomplete or conditional proposals will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to technically and financially sound firms as per evaluation criteria and PPRA rules.
