Procurement of Materials for Marketing Development, Awareness & Outreach Activities for Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services

Bidders must submit physical samples for inspection and approval prior to contract award. Samples must be properly packed and labelled. The contract will be awarded to the technically qualified and lowest evaluated bidder whose samples meet the required standards. Eligibility criteria include registration with federal/provincial tax authorities, active tax payer status, and no blacklisting. Bid security of Rs. 88,000 is required. The bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with hardcopy pay order submitted to SIEHS office before the deadline. The contract is a framework agreement valid for one year with fixed prices. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required. Payment terms are 45 days credit after submission of required documents. Late delivery penalties apply at 0.33% per day.
