Tender Description
Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services (SIEHS) Karachi invites bids electronically through the EPADS portal under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the procurement of warehouse racks and accessories for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The procurement includes heavy duty storage racks, industrial racking systems, plastic pallets, and hydraulic hand pallet trolleys with detailed specifications and warranty requirements. Items being procured:
- Heavy Duty Storage Rack: 20 Nos, 7 feet height, 10 feet width, 4 adjustable shelves per rack, load per shelf minimum 300 kg, powder coated finish
- Heavy Duty Industrial Racking System: 25 Nos, 3 level, load capacity per shelf 1000 kg, powder coated finish
- Plastic Pallets (1200x1200 mm): 15 Nos each of two types, load capacity 1000-1500 kg, blue color, suitable for food and medical storage
- Hydraulic Hand Pallet Trolley: 2 Nos, load capacity 2000-2500 kg, powder coated, 1 year warranty
The scope covers supply, complete installation, leveling, alignment, and warranty against manufacturing defects for a minimum of one year. Bidders must be registered with federal/provincial tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Tax Payers list. Bid security of Rs. 200,000 is required, refundable for unsuccessful bidders. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 26th October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with hardcopy pay order submitted to SIEHS office at 43-15/K, Block 6, PECHS, Karachi. Technical and financial proposals must be valid for 90 days. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required. Conditional, late, or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bidders should monitor EPADS for any amendments. A practical tip for bidders: ensure timely submission on EPADS and upload all required documents including pay order images well before the deadline to avoid disqualification due to technical issues.
