Procurement of M&E Photocopiers for Aquaculture Malls Punjab

The Aquaculture & Fisheries Department Punjab, through its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) for Establishment of Aquaculture Malls in Punjab, Lahore, invites well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered bidders to participate in a procurement tender for M&E Photocopiers. This procurement is under the development project 'Establishment of Aquaculture Malls in Punjab' and is based in Lahore. Items being procured: - M&E Photocopiers with 1 Year warranty The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by or before the deadline of September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The technical bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated price, i.e., Rs. 182,000, must be submitted digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement System as per instructions. The bid security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the procurement process concludes. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and tax compliance, along with relevant experience. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the Aquaculture & Fisheries Department website. Late bids will not be accepted. Bid validity is 120 days. Bids must be submitted online only, and bidders or their representatives may attend the technical bid opening at the specified time and venue. The Procuring Agency will not be responsible for any costs incurred in bid preparation or submission. In case of official holidays on the bid opening day, the next working day will be treated as the opening date.
