SLA with Parts for IPTV System for Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) Lahore invites original manufacturers, distributors, and partners registered in Pakistan with income tax and sales tax departments to submit e-bids for the supply of goods under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA-2014 rules. The procurement is for an SLA with parts for the IPTV system, with an estimated quantity of 300 units and an estimated cost of Rs. 5,016,000/-. Items being procured: - SLA with parts for IPTV system (300 units) Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/ and also on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by 28th of September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies are not required. A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must accompany the bid electronically; no physical financial instruments will be accepted. The technical scope includes supply of IPTV system parts as per detailed specifications available in the bidding documents. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI & RC during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM Monday to Friday. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Conference Hall. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next working day will be treated as closing date. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. PKLI & RC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders for preparation or submission of bids.
