Procurement of Medical Gases for FY 2026-2027 at Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital

Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi invites bids from well reputed firms and contractors who are registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for procurement of Medical Gases through E-Tendering on e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System. Items being procured: - 2nd Time Medical Gases for FY 2026-2027 The procurement of medical gases shall be made in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, Rules-2014, on Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Bidding documents carrying all details can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and e-PADS portal. Bids will be submitted electronically on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System by 03.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through e-PADS. Bidders/contractors must submit hard copies of the technical bid (in addition to the soft copy submitted with the bid) as bid security of performance guarantee on or before 03.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Purchase Cell, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi. The hospital will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders about preparation or delivery or electronic submission of bids. All assessments and procuring procedure including receiving, opening and awarding shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 and e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014. The URL of the PPRA website for response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement.
