Tender Description
The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from registered vendors and firms with valid income tax and sales tax registration for the procurement of essential medical and IT-related supplies. The procurement includes three main tenders: procurement of medical gases, cylinders, and accessories; service level agreement (SLA) for a second internet service provider; and IT equipment along with related accessories.

The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA 2014 guidelines. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PKLI website https://pkli.org.pk/tenders and also from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://cp.punjab.gov.pk. The PPRA e-procurement portal https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx will be used for bid submission.
Interested bidders must submit their bids online on or before the closing date. The pre-bid meetings and bid openings are scheduled as follows: for medical gases, pre-bid on 06-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and closing on 21-08-2026 at 11:00 AM with opening at 11:30 AM; for SLA, pre-bid on 10-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and closing on 21-08-2026 at 11:00 AM with opening at 11:30 AM; for IT equipment, pre-bid on 11-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and closing on 24-08-2026 at 11:00 AM with opening at 11:30 AM.
Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and submit bid security up to 2% of the estimated cost. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any failure due to technical errors or internet issues during e-bid submission.
