Additionally, it includes IT equipment, furniture, electrical and plumbing items, stationery, bedding, and printing services. The canteen monthly rent is also part of this tender. The scope involves supply to the hospital site in Chakdara, ensuring quality and timely delivery for the entire financial year 2026-27.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with e-PADS, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). For items 1 to 4, a valid Category-A Drug Sale License is mandatory. Bidders must submit a valid Proprietary Certificate or Authorization from manufacturers or distributors. Separate bids are required for each item or service. The contract will be governed by the KPPRA Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014.
The bid security (CDR) amounts vary per item, ranging from PKR 20,000 to PKR 500,000, and must be submitted both electronically and as a hard copy by 11:00 AM on 22 August 2026. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. The contract rates will remain valid until 30 June 2027 or until a subsequent contract is awarded.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all bid documents are prepared on original letterhead, signed, and stamped on each page. Handwritten or overwritten corrections may lead to rejection. Timely submission of both electronic bids and original CDRs is critical to avoid disqualification.
