Tender Description
The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Khanpur invites E-bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors, and authorized dealers for the procurement of various medical and related items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is for Medicine, Disposable & Surgical Items for Local Purchase, SSP and Zakat Funds, Refilling of Medical Gases Cylinders, Dialysis items, Laboratory and Blood Bank Items, General Store Items, and IT Items. Items being procured:

The scope includes supply of medicines, surgical disposables, refilling of medical gas cylinders, dialysis consumables, laboratory and blood bank supplies, general store items, and IT equipment. Bidders must have sound experience in the relevant field and be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement portal. The bidding process follows the Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA 2014 amended till date). All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee equal to 1% of the estimated cost must be submitted online through a PSID generated by the e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened in the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Khanpur in the presence of committee members and bidders or their representatives. Prices quoted must be final and non-negotiable. Applicable government taxes will be deducted.
The deadline for bid submission is 09-09-2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM on the same day. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission through the e-Procurement portal.
