Supply of Furniture, Desktop PCs, Air Conditioners, Multimedia Projector, and Office Chairs for Kohsar University Murree

Kohsar University Murree (KUM) invites electronic bids through Punjab e Procurement System (eP) from reputable firms, manufacturers, suppliers, authorized dealers/distributors registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the following procurement under Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding Procedure on a lot-wise basis. Items being procured: - Furniture - Desktop PCs - Air Conditioners - Multimedia Projector - Office Chairs Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions may be downloaded from Punjab e Procurement System (eP), Punjab PPRA Website, and Kohsar University Murree Website. All bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e Procurement System (eP). Manual submissions shall not be accepted. Bidders shall upload the scanned copy of the digital Bid Security payment evidence with the Technical Bid on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). A scanned copy of the Affidavit (Form 8.6) shall also be uploaded with the Technical Bid. The original hard copy of the Bid Security payment evidence and the original Affidavit shall be delivered to the Office of the Director (Purchase & Store), Kohsar University Murree before the bid submission deadline. The bids (Technical & Financial) prepared in accordance with the instructions mentioned in the Bidding Document, must be submitted through Punjab e Procurement System (eP) by or before the closing date for procurement activity mentioned below. A bidder may submit a bid for one, multiple, or all Lots. However, each bid must cover all items within the respective Lot; partial bids for any Lot shall not be accepted and will be rejected. Bid Security shall be furnished separately for each Lot (2% of the estimated cost of that Lot). Prices shall be quoted on F.O.R. destination basis at Kohsar University Murree, Jhika Gali Campus, Murree. Technical scope includes supply of quality furniture, desktop computers, air conditioning units, multimedia projector, and office chairs suitable for university administrative and academic use at the Jhika Gali Campus, Murree. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant tax authorities, listed on FBR ATL, and comply with bid security requirements. Experience in similar supply contracts and PEC registration may be advantageous. Key dates are bid submission deadline on 10 November 2026 at 12:00 PM and technical bid opening on 10 November 2026 at 12:30 PM.
