Procurement of Medicine and Drugs for Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore

The Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore invites electronic bids from firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax for the procurement of Medicine and Drugs for the Wildlife Hospital. Items being procured: - Medicine and Drugs for Wildlife Hospital The procurement will follow a single stage two envelope procedure with bids submitted online through the eP system only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit a 2% Bid Security of the estimated price digitally through the eP system. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of the committee and bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified address. Bidding documents can be obtained immediately from the date of publication on the PPRA and eP websites: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://cp.punjab.gov.pk. The department is not responsible for delays in submission. Bidders can download and submit bids without paying any fee. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids will not be considered. If the submission day is a holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Bid validity is 120 days from the last submission date. The department reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
