Procurement of Medicine & Drugs for Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo Lahore

The Directorate General Wildlife & Parks Punjab invites electronic bids/offers from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc.) for the procurement of Medicine & Drugs under the project titled 'Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore'. Items being procured: - Medicine & Drugs for Wildlife Hospital Bidders must submit signed and stamped documents including technical and financial bids online through the eP System on or before the deadline of August 28, 2026 at 01:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A 2% Bid Security of the estimated price amounting to Rs. 0.34 Million must be submitted digitally through the eP system. Bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of the committee and authorized representatives of bidders at the specified address. Bidding documents are available immediately from the date of publication on the PPRA and eP websites: https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The department is not responsible for delays in submission of e-bids. Bidders can download and submit bids without paying any fee. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids will be rejected. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date. Bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. Response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
