Tender Description
PESSI Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre Kot Lakhpat Lahore invites bids through Punjab E-Procurement from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors, and AOPs registered with Punjab E-Procurement for a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 on FOR basis. The department requires bidders who are active in Sales Tax and Income Tax registration and have established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities without being blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI.
Items being procured:
- Contract with Pharmacy for the purchase of medicines through L.P (M-20)
- Framework contract for the procurement of Small Medical Appliances
- Framework contract for the procurement of Chemical & Kits for laboratory
- Framework contract for the Procurement of X Ray films & Chemical
The procurement covers medicines, small medical appliances, laboratory chemicals and kits, and X Ray films and chemicals. The scope includes supply on FOR basis to the PESSI MNCH Centre at Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. Bidders must comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, submitting technical and financial proposals separately through the Punjab E-Procurement system.
