Procurement of Meter Security Box A-Type for CT Ratio 400/5 AMP

The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Meter Security Box A-Type for CT Ratio 400/5 AMP under Tender No. 1993/26. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Hyderabad, Sindh. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Meter Security Box A-Type for CT Ratio 400/5 AMP (Quantity: 1000 Nos.) The items must comply with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS-58:2007 (amended to date). Delivery is scheduled to the Regional Store HESCO in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Nawabshah. The delivery period is 90 days with a warranty period of 12 months. Bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized dealers with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and must submit a bid security as specified. Prototype approval from Chief (Technical Services) PPMC Lahore is required where applicable. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS.
