Eligible firms must possess NTN certificates, valid registration with HIT, and comply with all mandatory conditions including bid security in the form of CDR, BD, or PO. Firms must submit separate technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes by 28 August 2026 at 10:30 hours at Gate No. 5, Heavy Industries Taxila. The bid opening will be held the same day at 11:00 hours. Eligibility requires firms not to be blacklisted or defaulters, with valid audit reports for the last 3 financial years, and must submit a postal order of Rs. 2000/- with the technical bid. The tender evaluation will be based on least cost selection with technical scrutiny. The contract includes warranty and performance bank guarantees as per HIT terms.
