Procurement of MIG Welding Plant for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for a MIG Welding Plant as detailed in the attached Annexure A. Delivery is expected within 2 months after signing the contract. Items being procured: - MIG Welding Plant (details in Annexure A) Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if applicable. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last three financial years and bank statements for the last year must be provided. Attested CNIC copies of the CEO or Director, trade links between the firm and OEM (for distributors/agents), and a judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended are mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three years or relevant work experience with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid addressed to the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
