Procurement of Miscellaneous Equipment by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules following the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Equipment as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is four months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of the CEO or Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM (in case of distributor or agent) should be documented. A judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization is required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years or works experience with government or semi-government organizations must be attached. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. The tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The last date for collection of tender documents and submission is 08 September 2026, with submission at 10:30 hours and opening at 11:00 hours.
