Procurement of Miscellaneous Items for Punjab Healthcare Commission

The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items from eligible bidders registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage One Envelope procedures. Items being procured: - Manager Chairs (10 units) - Officer Chairs (14 units) - Microwave Oven (2 units) - Water Dispenser (1 unit) The procurement is managed by the Punjab Healthcare Commission based in Lahore. Bidders must submit their bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 8th October 2026 at 14:00 hours. The bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted online against PSID generated by the system. Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Interested bidders can obtain further information and download bidding documents from the PHC website www.phc.org.pk, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 120 days. The PHC reserves the right to enhance or reduce quantities and reject any bid as per PPRA rules. In case of official holiday on submission day, the next day will be treated as closing date. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the online submission instructions and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money in the form of bid security is mandatory and must be transferred online as per instructions.
