Procurement of Modular Core Switch Chassis and Related Network Equipment

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed proposals under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from Original Equipment Manufacturers / Their Authorized Distributors or Dealers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Authorities and appearing on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, having relevant experience in the supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Modular Core Switches or similar networking infrastructure. Items being procured: - Modular Core Switch Chassis - High-end modular chassis for campus coverage/aggregation core - Support minimum 6x LPUs (Huawei Cloud Engine S9700 series / H3C S7500 series chassis / Equivalent) - Bidder must be registered with FBR and provide Earnest Money of Rs. 3,000/- The procurement includes supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the equipment. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR from a scheduled bank valid for 180 days. The proposal must be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the Deputy Director Procurement at GIKI, Topi by November 04, 2026. Technical bids will be opened on November 05, 2026, at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, ATL listing, relevant experience, and submission of earnest money. Bidders should ensure compliance with all requirements and submit bids before the deadline. For submission, sealed bids must be delivered to the Procurement Office at GIKI, Topi.
