Procurement of MPLS and Internet Connectivity Services for Punjab Social Welfare Control Centre

The Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab, Lahore is inviting electronic bids for the procurement of MPLS and Internet Connectivity Services for the Punjab Social Welfare Control Centre under the ADP scheme. This procurement is part of the Development of Management Information System for the Social Welfare Department across Punjab on a framework contract basis for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - Item 1: Internet/MPLS/Connectivity (100 Mbps-CIR) for Department/Unit with all allied devices (Qty: 1) - Item 2: MPLS/Connectivity (15 Mbps for 150 +2 sites) with all allied devices (Qty: 152) The scope includes provision of high-speed internet and MPLS connectivity with all necessary allied devices to support the Social Welfare Department's network infrastructure across Punjab. The contract is for two financial years, ensuring continuous connectivity and support. Eligible bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must also comply with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and submit a bid security of Rs. 1,305,000 (2% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee.
