Procurement of MPLS and Internet Connectivity Services for Punjab Social Welfare Control Centre

The Social Welfare & Bait Ul Maal Department, Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids on Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) for the procurement of MPLS & Internet Connectivity Services for the Punjab Social Welfare Control Centre under ADP scheme, Development of Management Information System for Social Welfare Department across Punjab on a framework contract basis for financial year 2026-27 & 2027-28. Items being procured: - Item 1: Internet/MPLS/Connectivity (100 Mbps-CIR) for Department/Unit with all allied devices (Qty: 1) - Item 2: MPLS/Connectivity (15 Mbps for 150 + 2 sites) with all allied devices (Qty: 152) The scope includes provision of reliable MPLS and internet connectivity services with all necessary allied devices to ensure seamless communication and data management for the Social Welfare Department. Bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.). Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from Punjab e-Procurement system and PPRA website. A scanned Bid Security of 2% of the total estimated cost amounting to Rs. 1,305,000 in the form of CDR/banker's cheque is required in favor of the Additional Secretary, Social Welfare & BM Department, Punjab, Lahore. The original Bid Security must be delivered to the office of the Additional Secretary before the closing date. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Complete electronic bids must be submitted online at Punjab e-Procurement system as per the schedule.
