Registered/indexed non-manufacturing firms/agents must provide proof or certificate of manufacturing or verified certificate of original manufacturer. Earnest money in the form of a challan worth Rs. 2000/- for registered/unregistered firms must be deposited into Govt Treasury Major Head C 02501-20 Main Head 12 Sub Head A Misc (Code Head 1/845/30) for each tender separately in favor of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi. The Directorate General Procurement (Army) reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bid and its decision shall be final.
