Procurement of 08 Multimedia Projectors at Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi

Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi (Bahria University) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 08 Multimedia Projectors for its Karachi campus. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 08 Multimedia Projectors with specifications including RGB Liquid Crystal Shutter Projection System (3LCD), 0.55" LCD size, XGA native resolution, 4:3 aspect ratio, digital zoom/focus lens, 210W UHE lamp with 6,000 hours normal life, brightness of 3,600 lumens, contrast ratio 15,000:1, HDMI inputs, and other detailed technical features as per the bidding documents. The projectors are to be delivered and installed at Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi, Sailor Street, Adjacent PNS Shifa DHA Phase - II, Karachi. Bidders must be authorized distributors and provide a letter/certificate of authorization. The delivery and installation period is 30 days from the date of purchase order. The supplier warranty shall remain valid for one year after supply and installation. Eligibility criteria include active registration with FBR (NTN, SST, GST), 1-2 years experience in procurement and installation of multimedia projectors, affidavit on stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, and submission of 2% bid security in the form of a pay order. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on October 13, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically before the deadline at the Bahria University Karachi office. Technical bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 at 11:30 AM on the same day. The evaluation will be based on technical responsiveness and least cost.
