Supply of ICT Equipment including Network, Surveillance Devices, Storage Devices, and Office Equipment

The Balochistan Board Of Intermediate & Secondary Education Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of ICT equipment including network devices, surveillance devices, storage devices, and office equipment with a total quantity of 17 items. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - ICT Equipment (Network, surveillance devices, storage devices, Office Equipment) (Total Item(s) Count: 17) Bidders must have 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 20,000,000 in the last 2 subsequent previous years. Firms must be active taxpayers with valid sales tax certificates and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. Submission of bid security at 3% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit is mandatory. Bidders must have a functional corporate office in Balochistan with PTCL V Phone & Fax. Delivery time is within 30 days after work order issuance. Authorized importers/distributors/partners must submit toner samples if applicable. Technical evaluation will verify ISO Certificate 9001 and completion of at least two assignments from 2024 to 2026 with a minimum value of PKR 15,000,000 each.
