Procurement of New Rotary Slasher Machine Complete with Shaft at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi invites bids for the procurement of a New Rotary Slasher Machine complete with shaft at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This procurement is under IT No. JIAP/1397-04/002/KCSS/57965 and Epad Ref No: JIAP-CB97/02/MT. The bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA E-PADS portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk and bidders must register on the portal to access and submit bids electronically. Original Bid Security of Rs. 30,000/- must be submitted in hard copy to the OIC Logistics, Logistics Section, JIAP Office Level-6, Main Terminal Building, Jinnah International Airport Karachi before the closing date and time. The copy of the Bid Security must also be attached with the online submission. Failure to provide the original Bid Security or attach the copy online will result in outright rejection of the bid. Items being procured: - New Rotary Slasher Machine Complete with Shaft (Quantity: 2 Each) The technical scope includes supply and delivery of the rotary slasher machines as per specifications detailed in the bidding documents. The delivery period is 45 days from the date of signing the contract. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold valid NTN and GST registration, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and EPADS website. Bid security must be in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee from an approved bank. Performance Bond of 5% of the total contract value is required upon award. Bids will be evaluated on a compliance basis for technical criteria and on total lump sum price for financial evaluation. Bidders must quote for all items; failure to quote any item will lead to rejection. Bids must be valid for 180 days from the date of technical bid opening.
