Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd invites eligible bidders for the procurement of non-consultancy services related to supplies for the PSPC canteen and kitchen items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the contract reference 'T-14197-FA-REQ-0826-1-00018-Hiring Services of Vendor for Supplies of PSPC Canteen/Kitchen Items' with tender number '084433'.

The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/84433.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rules 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Notification copies and further details are available on the procuring agency's website and EPADS v2.0 as well as the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
