Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for Revamp of Gas Control Room at Karachi Terminal-KT

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement concerns the revamp of the Gas Control Room / Centralized Control Room (CCR) at the Transmission Building Karachi Terminal-KT as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The contract requires bidders to have a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above. Items being procured: - Revamp of Gas Control Room / Centralized Control Room (CCR) at Transmission Building Karachi Terminal-KT The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. E-Bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/85741. Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 14, 2026, 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The procurement office is located at SSGC (Procurement Department), DCM ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
