Procurement of Non-Core Services for FIA Gujranwala

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) invites bids for the Procurement of Non-Core Services for its Gujranwala Zone office. This procurement is specifically for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services including the hiring of Naib Qasid personnel for a period of two years. Items being procured: - Naib Qasid (Quantity: 2) The scope of work includes providing non-core support services at the FIA Zonal Office located at Plot No.75, Block AA-COM, Phase-I, Citi Housing Society, Gujranwala. The contract duration is for two years starting from the effective date of the contract. Bidders must be registered and eligible as per the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and must comply with all qualification criteria including FBR registration and other statutory requirements. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS before the deadline of Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 04:59 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. A bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per the bidding documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026 at the FIA Zonal Office in Gujranwala.
