Procurement of Non-Core Services for FIA Lahore Zone

The FIA Lahore Zone invites bids for the procurement of Non-Core Services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the provision of janitorial and support staff services at the FIA Zonal Office located at 1-Temple Road, Regal Chowk, Lahore. The contract duration is for two years, and the services are to be performed by suitably skilled and unskilled personnel in a professional and efficient manner. Items being procured: - Dispatch Rider (1 quantity) - Naib Qasid (8 quantities) - Frash (1 quantity) - Cook (1 quantity) - Chowkidar (1 quantity) The scope includes daily janitorial services such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning of toilets, windows, carpets, lifts, and surrounding areas. Floor care and polishing of terrazzo, marble, and tiled floors are also required periodically. The contractor must provide all consumable materials, tools, machinery, uniforms, and identification cards at their own cost. The Naib Qasid will assist with clerical and administrative tasks, while the Chowkidar will be responsible for security duties including monitoring entry and exit points and maintaining visitor logs. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of three years relevant experience, valid registrations such as EOBI, and compliance with labor laws including payment of minimum wages. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a Pay Order and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM. The contract will be awarded based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The original bid security must be submitted by hand to the Deputy Director / Admin at the FIA Lahore Zone office before the closing date and time.
