Procurement of Note Books and Gadgets, Cloths, Raw Material for PBM Sindh

Pakistan Bait-Ul-Mal Provincial Office Sindh Karachi invites suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors registered with FBR for procurement under the academic and financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for two main categories serving various districts of Sindh. Items being procured: - Note books for thirty eight (38) PBM-Schools for Rehabilitation of Child Labor (SRCLs) - Gadgets, cloths, and raw material for thirty four (34) PBM-Women Empowerment Centres (WECs) This procurement covers educational and empowerment supplies aimed at supporting child labor rehabilitation and women empowerment initiatives across Sindh. The materials will be distributed to multiple centers, requiring suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery. The procurement process follows the PPRA rules with e-Bids submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2.0 by 13-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Earnest money in the form of CDR or pay order is required as per the specified amounts for each lot. Eligible bidders must be active on FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax registers and have experience supplying similar goods. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the PBM Provincial Office Sindh Karachi. Financial bids will be opened later for technically qualified bidders. The successful bidders will be responsible for supplying goods at approved rates after inspection.
