Sealed bids are invited by Daanish Schools for procurement of Note Books, Registers, Paper Ream and Stationery Items for the financial year 2026-27 under a framework contract. The procurement covers Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) located in Rahim Yar Khan, Chishtian and Hasilpur, Punjab. Items being procured: - Note Books, Register & Paper Ream (Estimated Price Rs. 14,655,960) - Stationery Items (Estimated Price Rs. 2,832,564) The bidding documents are available on the PPRA website, Punjab Procurement Portal, and the Daanish Schools website. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial Bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. The last date for submission of bids is Friday, 28th August 2026, up to 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the Conference Room of Daanish School (Boys), Hasilpur. Eligible bidders should be experienced and financially sound businesses registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bid security of 1% of the estimated price is required for each lot.
