Procurement of Numeric Control Unit (720.3) and CF Card for NCU with 4.5 SPS with CNC Licence

Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of a Numeric Control Unit (720.3) and CF Card for NCU with 4.5 SPS with CNC Licence. This procurement is specifically for the Tank Manufacture Factory at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The items being procured are: - Numeric Control Unit (720.3) PN 1P 6FC5372-0AA30-0AA1 (Qty: 1 Nos) - CF Card for NCU Bootable with basic software for SINUMERIK 6FC5851-1YG41-6YA0 with CNC License SINUMERIK 840 DE SL CNC-SW-31-3 Export SW 4.5 SP6 with CNC Licence (Qty: 1 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of brand new equipment conforming to approved drawings and specifications, with all latest modifications and upgrades incorporated. The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit a postal order of Rs 2000/- with the Technical Bid and provide a Bid Security/Earnest Money as per instructions. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, and other required documents. The bid validity period is 180 days extendable by 90 days. Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, with the Technical Proposal containing muted bid security and the Financial Proposal containing the actual bid security. The bid submission deadline is 10:30 hours on 05 August 2026, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
