Purchase of Furniture

Baba Guru Nanak University in Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids under PPRA Rules on an item wise basis for the purchase of furniture. Items being procured: - Furniture (details in tender document) The procurement is conducted through e-procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope method. Interested bidders including firms, companies, and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax) are eligible to participate. Bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available free of cost at PPRA and EPADS websites: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, http://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and the university website http://bgnu.edu.pk. All bids must be uploaded electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date and time of 12-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, to be deposited electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with their bids. The procuring agency reserves the right to request original affidavits for physical verification if necessary. Bid validity is 120 days.
