Procurement of Office Stationary, General, Plumbing, Electrical and Other Items for SIPM&R Head Office and Satellites

The Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R), Karachi, under the Health Department, Government of Sindh, is procuring a comprehensive range of office stationary, general, plumbing, electrical, and other related items for its Head Office and satellite locations within Sindh Province. This procurement is aimed at supporting the operational needs of SIPM&R, a leading multidisciplinary rehabilitation institute serving approximately 500,000 patients annually. The technical scope covers a wide variety of items including A4 and F4 papers, pens, binder clips, board markers, calculators, color papers, correction pens, glue sticks, highlighters, hole punch machines, lamination sheets, files, notice boards, staplers, tape dispensers, whiteboards, cleaning supplies, electrical items such as plugs, breakers, fans, LED bulbs, wiring, tools, plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, and carpenter tools. The procurement is extensive and requires suppliers to provide quality goods that meet the specified standards and quantities as per the detailed Bill of Quantities. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). They should have relevant experience, valid PEC registration if applicable, and must comply with all mandatory eligibility criteria including submission of Earnest Money (Bid Security) and adherence to the bid validity period.
