The City Traffic Police Rawalpindi is procuring a wide range of goods and services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement covers multiple categories including office stationery, printing materials, stitching materials, computer stationery, electric and sanitary items, cleaning supplies, diet and lunch boxes, road safety items, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, various vehicle spare parts, batteries, tyres and tubes, as well as repair and renovation services for vehicles, machinery, furniture, and police buildings. The scope is extensive and involves supply and maintenance of items critical for the daily operations of the City Traffic Police in Rawalpindi. The procurement includes technical items such as IT equipment and plant machinery, mechanical spare parts for vehicles and motorcycles, electrical and sanitary goods, and repair services for infrastructure and vehicles. The estimated total cost is approximately **PKR 50.25 million** with bid security requirements ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 360,000 depending on the item category. Eligible bidders must be GST/PST and Income/Withholding Tax registered firms with valid FBR/ATL registration for the financial year 2026-2027. Firms should be capable of maintaining quality supply and rates until 30th June 2027. The tender documents are available on the PPRA website and the City Traffic Police Rawalpindi website.
