Procurement of 02 Optical Time Domain Reflectors Make JDSU or Equivalent

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is procuring 02 Optical Time Domain Reflectors (OTDR) Make JDSU or Equivalent for its Logistics Center (South) at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. This procurement is under PPRA Rule 36(b) using a Single Stage Two Envelope method. The scope includes supply and delivery of the specified OTDR units along with on-site training services. The delivery period is within 60 days from the date of signing the contract. The technical bid will be opened first, followed by the financial bid of technically qualified bidders. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder on an individual line item basis, based on the lowest evaluated cost. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals, ensuring all required documents, including technical literature, NTN, GST certificates, and bid security, are attached. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of technical bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance bond equal to 10% of the total contract value within 15 days of contract award.
