Procurement of Outfits for Winter and Summer Season and Miscellaneous Items for PBM Sweet Homes in South Punjab

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Regional Office South Punjab Multan, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for procurement of outfits for winter and summer seasons and miscellaneous items used for resident children and boys of PBM Sweet Homes located at 5 Nos of Districts in South Punjab Region including Bahawalpur, D G Khan, Kot Addu, Layyah, and Multan. Items being procured: - Lot No. 1: Winter Cloth Items - Lot No. 2: Summer Cloth Items - Lot No. 3: Silver Items - Lot No. 4: Miscellaneous Items The procurement involves supply of seasonal clothing and other miscellaneous items suitable for children residing in PBM Sweet Homes. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (www.epads.gov.pk) by 27-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order must be submitted lot-wise in favor of Director, PBM Regional Office South Punjab Multan. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Regional Office South Punjab Multan. The date for opening financial bids will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest money is refundable and interest-free. PBM reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and PBM websites before submission. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your CDR or Pay Order is correctly labeled for each lot and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Also, verify your registration status on EPADS well before the closing date to prevent last-minute issues.
