Pre-Qualification and Registration of Local Suppliers for Supply of Ration Items to PAF Southern Air Command and Bases

Pakistan Air Force, through its Southern Air Command headquartered in Karachi, invites applications for pre-qualification and registration of reputable, well-experienced, and financially sound local suppliers and contractors for the supply of ration items. This opportunity is open for registered firms and contractors with a proven track record in supplying dry and fresh ration items to Air Headquarters Islamabad and various PAF bases under Southern Air Command. Items being procured: - Fine Atta - Semolina - Vermicelli - Lentil Seeds - Bengal Gram Flour - Rice - Cooking Oil - Milk Powder - Sugar - Tea Leaves - Green Tea - Meat - Vegetables - Fruits - Squash - Salt - Ice - Fire Wood - Bread - Condiments Suppliers must provide all necessary documentation, including ownership details, bank account summaries for the last six to twelve months, company profile, proof of registration, CNIC copies of owners/partners, registration details with major organizations, bank certificates, sales tax and income tax registration certificates, and any litigation or affidavit information. Experience with government institutions, especially Army or Navy, will be considered an advantage. Domicile certificates and any additional relevant information should also be included. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with Pre-Qualification / Registration of Local Suppliers / Contractors for Ration Items to the Senior Staff Officer (Support & Air Defence), Headquarters Southern Air Command, PAF Karachi & O i/c Catering Flight, PAF Bases, from 01 October 2026 to 15 November 2026, during working hours (0900 to 1400 hrs). Incomplete or false information at any stage will result in immediate rejection. A practical tip: Ensure all your tax registrations (NTN, Professional Tax, and Income Tax Returns) are up to date and attached, as missing documentation is a common reason for disqualification in PAF procurement processes.
